Sandra M. Devinney

March 13, 1968 — April 4, 2023

Sandra M. “Sandy” DeVinney, 55, of New Cumberland and formerly of Tampa, FL and Valley Forge, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in her residence with her husband at her side.

She was an Executive Recruiter with R & D Partners, San Francisco - Greater Philadelphia Area and was an accomplished leader in her industry of Life Sciences Recruiting. Sandy was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Class of 1986 and a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned her BS in Biology.

To know Sandy was to know life, love and happiness. She loved the beach and fishing and celebrating the accomplishments of others but most importantly she loved her family and her close friends. She adored her son and her nephews and nieces, and they all adored her. She celebrated each one and their achievements and was so proud of them. Words to describe Sandy are selfless, devoted friend, #funsandy, perfect, truthful. She loved to laugh and had the best sense of humor. She was an amazing hostess and organizer of parties, vacations, and life events.

Sandy was born in Harrisburg, the daughter of JoAnn Morabito Hambright of New Cumberland and the late Jeffrey Hambright.
