Sandra M. “Sandy” DeVinney, 55, of New Cumberland and formerly of Tampa, FL and Valley Forge, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in her residence with her husband at her side.

Sandy was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Class of 1986 and a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned her BS in Biology.

To know Sandy was to know life, love and happiness. She loved the beach and fishing and celebrating the accomplishments of others but most importantly she loved her family and her close friends. Words to describe Sandy are selfless, devoted friend, #funsandy, perfect, truthful. She loved to laugh and had the best sense of humor. She was an amazing hostess and organizer of parties, vacations, and life events.
