Saundra J. Flaynik

Saundra J. Flaynik, 84, of New Cumberland died Sunday, September 18th 2022 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.

She adored her grandchildren and was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and donuts. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and indoor gardening. She was a member of St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland and KSKJ Life (St. Aloysius Society Lodge No. 42, Steelton).

She is survived by her husband, Anthony J. Flaynik; son, Robert A. Flaynik (Jennifer) of Philadelphia; daughter, Laura J. Besselman (Thomas) of Charlotte, NC; sister, Joanne K. Baney of Camp Hill; sisters-in-law, Mary P. Risser of Steelton and Jacqueline L. Todd of Lewisberry; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Colton, Sean, and Scott.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry G. Zeigler.

A private Celebration of Saundra’s life will be held at the convenience of the family. Committal will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
