Shirley Louise Zeller, 92, of Harrisburg, passed away on October 21, 2025. She was born on April 9, 1933, in Harrisburg, PA to the late Theodore and Helen (Wevodau) Bell. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend - her life was a vibrant tapestry woven with love, family, and her unyielding generosity.

As a devoted homemaker, Shirley filled her home with warmth and laughter. She was known to create delightful sticky buns and decadent peanut butter eggs, treats that brought joy to many. Family gatherings were often adorned with her needlepoint and cross-stitch creations, showcasing her artistic spirit and the love she infused into every stitch.

Shirley was a dedicated fan of local sports, passionately supporting the Steelers, Eagles, and Flyers, always ready to cheer for her teams. She also found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often sharing her Sunday newspaper with her neighbors after savoring its pages. Her willingness to lend a helping hand was a hallmark of her character, and she touched the hearts of everyone around her.

A beloved matriarch, Shirley leaves behind her sons, Dennis (Louise) Zeller, Clyde (Beth) Zeller, Jr., and Michael (Wendy) Zeller; her beloved sister, Sandra Bell; nine deeply cherished grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and son-in-law, James Anderson. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband, Clyde Zeller, Sr.; her daughter, Deborah Anderson; and brothers, Robert and William Bell.

In keeping with Shirley's wishes she will be reunited with her husband, Clyde, in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery where a graveside service will take place, please check back for service date and time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, an organization close to her heart.
