Terrence T. Emery, 84, of Wellsville died Saturday, March 25, 2023 at York North Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.


An Air Force Veteran, he was retired from Maintenance from the Lower Allen Twp. Sewer Authority. He was a graduate of York High School and Williamsport Tech (now Penn Tech). He was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisberry and its choir; Dillsburg Senior Center; Eureka – West Shore Lodge, Mechanicsburg; Harrisburg Consistory, and Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Forest 43, Harrisburg. He enjoyed camping and hunting.


He was born July 21, 1938 in York to the late Leon and Anna (Rhoads) Emery. He was also preceded in death by his sister Linda.


He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Virginia (Ginny) Lee (Weller) Emery and four nephews, Phillip, Jeffrey, Kenneth, and Gregory Mummert; and step cousin, Megan Johnson of Enola.


Visitation will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Thursday at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his church, 863 Lewisberry Rd., Lewisberry, PA 17339.
