Victoria L. DeFrank

Victoria “Vicki” L. DeFrank, 80 of Harrisburg died Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at her daughter’s home surrounded by loved ones.

A 1964 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School, she was a retired Bookkeeper having worked for Francis for Ford and Sutliff Capital Ford. Vickie enjoyed reading and watching movies and cherished time with her grandsons and great-grandchildren.

She was born October 17, 1945 in Jefferson City, MO to the late Robert E. and Betty (Grazier) Wright. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dominic Roco DeFrank and brothers, Robert and Sherman Wright.

She is survived by her daughters, Denene Case (John) of Harrisburg and Sherri Mason (Blair) of Dillsburg; son, Douglas Roarabaugh (Angela Weiser) of York Haven; sisters-in-law, Patricia Wright and Katherine Wright; grandchildren, Jonathan Case (Mikayla), Thomas Roarabuagh (Toni-Marie), Tyler Mason (Bailey), Patrick Mason and his Fiancé Shannon, Nathaniel Case and his Fiancé Zoe, Jessica Nanii; and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Tuesday, February 24th at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. She will be buried privately with her husband at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
